Eligibility

Hormonity services are available to individuals aged 18 years and over.

We do not offer consultations or treatments for individuals under 18.

All consultations must be booked in advance and are only available to registered patients.

Patients must present valid government-issued photo ID at their first appointment to verify identity.

Behaviour and Conduct

Hormonity operates a zero tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff. Breaches may result in refusal of consultation or treatment.

Patients are expected to provide truthful and accurate information when registering and throughout their care.

All patients must provide informed consent before consultations begin.

By using Hormonity services, patients consent to share relevant medical information with their NHS GP. If this consent is not provided, service access may be limited at the discretion of the treating clinician.

Scope of Services

Hormonity provides private, non-emergency care for hormone-related health concerns.

We do not offer emergency services, surgical procedures, or 24-hour care.

Consultation duration will depend on clinical need. If more time is required, an additional appointment may be necessary at extra cost, which will be explained in advance.

Any medical advice or information provided on our website is intended for informational purposes only and does not replace a professional medical consultation.

Prescriptions and Clinical Decisions

Prescriptions for hormonal treatments or weight loss support are available only to patients aged 18 or older.

Prescriptions may be declined if, following clinical assessment, the risks outweigh the benefits—physically or psychologically.

Treatment decisions are made according to clinical safety, best practice, and evidence-based guidelines.

Medication availability, both nationally and locally, may affect prescribing options.

Patients may not receive the treatment they expected if it is deemed clinically inappropriate. In such cases, appointment fees remain non-refundable, but alternative care options will be discussed.

Treatment Expectations

Each client’s anatomy is different; therefore, results are not guaranteed.

Many factors can influence treatment effectiveness, including lifestyle, medical history, and individual response to therapy.

Prepaid Courses, Vouchers, and Payment Plans

Courses and Packages:

– All treatment courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

– Courses must be completed within 12 months of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

– Missed appointments may result in treatment(s) being deducted from the course.

– Courses are non-refundable.

 

Gift Vouchers:

– Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

– Not refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or resold.

– You may use partial values across multiple appointments.

– Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to our cancellation policy and may void the voucher.

 

Monthly Payments and Instalments:

– Available for selected aesthetic or wellness treatment plans at Hormonity.

– A deposit is required, followed by fixed monthly instalments.

– Instalments must be paid on agreed dates. Late payments may result in cancellation of the plan.

– Missed instalments must be settled in full at the next appointment.

– Payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.

– Treatments must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Delays due to missed payments may affect your treatment schedule.

– Hormonity reserves the right to amend or withdraw the plan at any time.

Referrals to Other Providers

Hormonity may recommend external healthcare providers to support your care.

We do not receive financial or other incentives for any referrals.

Payment and Billing

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Payment is processed securely through our website.

We do not accept cash or payments from insurance companies. However, we can provide proof of payment if you wish to claim reimbursement from your insurer.

Additional charges (e.g., for blood tests or kits) will be discussed in advance and must be paid on the day of the appointment.

Occasionally, clinical needs may require services that were not anticipated during booking. We will always explain any additional costs and provide estimates before proceeding.

Service prices may be updated from time to time. Patients will be notified of price changes before future bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds

Changed your mind?

We do not refund for change of mind, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, decided you simply don’t like it, or have no use for it.

Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals or clinics.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.

In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of the treatment will be forfeited.

Our clinic maintains a 48-hour non-refundable cancellation policy. However, if the cancellation is deemed reasonable (at the clinic’s discretion), the following options may apply:

– The patient can reschedule the appointment for another day.

– The clinic may choose to save the treatment and reschedule it with a £25 administration fee.

– For prepaid packages, missed or cancelled appointments within 48 hours will result in the treatment being deducted from the package.

Account Credit: A patient’s payment may be held as credit and used for other treatments at the clinic. This credit is valid for 12 months.

Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with UK Consumer Law. If a service or product is faulty, it may be replaced or refunded. We do not refund for change of mind.

Treatments and products may not be suitable for everyone. It is your responsibility to determine suitability with your practitioner.

Providing complete and accurate information on consent forms is essential. You must also have realistic expectations of your treatment results.

– Prepaid treatments offer savings but are non-refundable and non-transferable.

– Prepaid treatments expire after 12 months (fewer than 10 treatments) or 18 months (10 or more treatments).

– 48 hours’ notice is required for prepaid appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture.

– Purchasing prepaid treatments signifies your acceptance of these terms.

 

Purchases through Customer Portal Online:

– Online purchases are subject to Hormonity’s policies and are not transferable.

– 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture.

– Refunds are given only where required by law or at clinic discretion (e.g., unsuitable skin type).

– Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the clinic for review and decision.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy:

Products must be returned unused, unopened, sealed, and in original condition. Used or opened items are not eligible for return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

General Clinic Policies

Please inform your practitioner of any medical condition, including pregnancy, before booking. Some treatments may not be suitable.

Mobile phones must be switched off or on silent during your time in the clinic.

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. Disruptive behaviour may result in your appointment being cancelled.

Pets are not permitted inside the clinic for safety and hygiene reasons.

Please ensure you collect all personal items. Hormonity is not responsible for lost belongings.

Liability

The content on our website is provided without guarantees, warranties, or assurances of accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, Hormonity is not liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the use of our site or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, data, business, or goodwill.

Nothing in this policy limits liability for death or injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.

Modifications to Terms

Hormonity reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice.

The most current version will always be available on our website and is considered binding upon posting.
